Every October, the same question lands on an HR desk or a founder's phone somewhere in HITEC City, Gachibowli or Begumpet: what do we give our people this Diwali?
Sweet boxes are lovely, but they are finished in a day. Dry fruits get passed around the family and forgotten. This year, a lot of Hyderabad companies are choosing something their employees, clients and customers will hold in their hands every single day: a steel water bottle with the company logo and their own name on it.
Here is why it works, which bottle suits whom, and how to order for your whole team from our workshop in Hyderabad.
Why a personalised bottle is the best corporate Diwali gift
It gets used every day. A bottle goes to every meeting, every site visit, every gym session and every school run. Your logo goes with it, all year, not just for one week in November.
Their name makes it personal. When each bottle carries the person's own name along with your logo, it stops being "company merchandise" and becomes a gift. People keep things with their name on them. That is the whole idea.
It works for everyone on your list. Interns and directors, field staff and key accounts, dealers in Secunderabad and clients in Bengaluru. One gift idea, with a version that fits each person.
It is useful in Hyderabad weather. Our Smart Water Bottles keep water cold for 8 hours and tea hot for 6. In this city, that is a gift people are genuinely grateful for.
Which bottle to choose for whom
For your employees: the Smart Water Bottle
Our most chosen corporate gift. 500 ml steel with a lid that shows the temperature when you tap it. Your logo goes on the front and each person's name on the back. It comes in black, blue, white, red and pink, so you can mix colours across the team.
For your clients: the Wooden Lid Steel Bottle
A premium desk gift with an insulated steel body and a natural wooden lid, in four calm colours. It looks good on a boardroom table and says "we thought about this" without saying a word.
For senior clients and leadership: the Flask Gift Set
A steel vacuum flask with cups in a gift box, engraved with their name and your logo. For board members, partners and the key accounts who matter most, this is the gift that gets a personal thank you call.
For dealers, distributors and loyal customers
Put your logo on the front and a short Diwali message on the back. A useful bottle becomes a lasting thank you to the people who choose you year after year.
For large teams, factories and field staff
The 750 ml Sipper Water Bottle in matte black, red or blue, with your logo. Tough, simple and easy to order in big quantities.

Questions companies ask us
Can you put our logo and each employee's name on the bottle?
Yes. We engrave your company logo on the front and each person's name on the back. Just share a list of names with us.
Will we see the design before you make the bottles?
Yes. We send a design preview on WhatsApp and start only after you approve it.
When should we order for Diwali?
Diwali falls on Sunday, 8 November this year. Tell us the date you need the gifts by when you enquire, and we will confirm the timeline for your quantity before you order.
Can you deliver to more than one office?
Yes. Share the locations when you enquire and we will plan the delivery with you.
