Zestpics delivers personalised gifts only within India. Every order is made to order with your photo, name or message.
Delivery time
- Standard delivery (free on orders above ₹99): usually 9 to 12 business days across India.
- Express delivery (paid): a faster option is offered at checkout, with the price shown there.
- Hyderabad: 24-hour delivery, or pick up from our store in Manikonda (open Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM).
Remote pin codes served only by India Post can take longer.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is free on orders above ₹99. Orders of ₹99 or less pay ₹29. Express shipping is optional and paid; the price is shown at checkout.
Tracking

Damaged in transit
Record one continuous unboxing video and send the complete video on WhatsApp +91 96764 44486 within 24 hours of delivery. After verification we replace the product. See our refund and replacement policy.
